A good man

Have i finally landed myself on a strong arms? more precisely question, a good man strong arms?

Maturity has caught me in and out and i must confess is pretty hard to chase for a good man. 1st you might think what is a good man? Allow you to do everything? Tolerate with you? Never put up arguments with you? Seeing eye to eye? Mown your lawn, milk your kitten?Many more ...i lost somewhereinbetween and now NO WHERE for tracking ones.

Not able to find a good man but hey hey, we live in space bug century, I'm sure we can D.I.Y. / self-made. I'm still in the midst [self -made].

Even when you try self- made, you have to have right ingredient and right potential man to becomes a GOOD MAN. Wat a job!

I sum up what makes a GOOD MAN

1) Family 1st. Not meaning he's a mommy boy. he's family orient, he' comfy at home watching TV or simply doing laundry or mopping floors.

2) Ability to understand even when a man works outside, he has to comes home and wash plates

3) Chinese quote [a real man never fight with a lady]. How many men are there if is to follow is quote now ? This man try to ignore me when i tried to pint numerous fingers on him. Not to say he's coward or he has huge capacity of tolerance just knowing arguing with me doesn't land him a safety ground. He just knows he's right, that's all.

4) Has high potential to be Ah-Mat but he doesn't mind. Not really mind lar...

5) Open to talk about anything, sometime you might wonder is your girl-friend sleeping next to you?

6) Last but important. He know when's the limit to do certain things and will try to avoid it rather than making a person gone REAL MAD

7) Receives critics openly [meaning altering Man's EGO], this means he's a GOOD MAN plus a REAL MAN in woman eye.

Modern saying : good men are either TAKEN or GAY; but now we have the technologies to transform a ordinary not- so- good man and mould into a GOOD MAN.

I think if i have this device, i be richer than Bill Gates. I'm still doing R&D but i need support from 1pairboob creatures, are you with me?

Definitely not Day 21

Definitely is not 21st day yet but more than 10s day ...i supposed. Its easy to check back my Day 1st post and count but am too lazy to do so.

I closed semi-D this evening. Sealed deal on 6p.m and have a final look from buyer and his mother at 8p.m. Everything went on smooth. Only thing, i got my commission slash off 50% due to my mistake earlier on.

Marco said I'm lucky able to find another buyer in 2 week time and still have 50% comm. fee!

Thinking back, i focus very hard...till shit comes out. OK that was a bit too much but i need to test this 21Day focusing thingee so i can confidently say is 100% workable.

perhaps DAY 8

I have lost track what day is it. Maybe 8/9/10....

but i have not lost in a single day to set mind [i want to close semi-D]

now ..this is not miracle!

few client called me regards semi-D. I have bought 2 client for viewing. 1 has given offer price, is not exactly near to the offer price given by owner but its a good move as there's negotiation going on. 2nd buyer offered as well, but he offer with even lower price. So, they like the place its just the pricing and i have 2 enquiry now.

i cant shake my mind off thinking of closing this sale even when i shit nor sleep. Remarkably in my dreamz too.

Days are getting hotter and my mind are drifting but yet ...
