Pure luck or just being gratitude

Dumb luck, plain luck, smart luck, fool luck or just pure luck?
what evar is it, is all luck ends with LUCK.

Alot people complaint they seldom encounter with LUCK god or goddess.
I have no position to say what so evar but i think we are need to be Just Tad Glad and have some gratitude.


What makes me to write this down?
Just had a chat with another real estate agent. He said blankly his been eating 'white nuts' since july. Alot of deals were just blow off suddenly. Ex: received down payment from buyer but owner suddenly changed mind- does not want to sell anymore or vice verse; received down payment for renter but landlord just receive payment from other agents.

I did not have any sales this month YET, i can feel the tense...but I'm Glad i have a man washing my car now while I'm typing ..hehe

Msny people claim i have alots luck. Maybe is not...
Maybe I'm just please
Maybe I'm just talkative
Maybe I'm just over helping, over talking , over giving info, over ...
Perhaps I'm just tad naive

or Perhaps i always manage to lift smiley muscle although situation is just ain't good

somehow, we just must learn to appreciate small little gesture everywhere. It sure makes a whole lot better!
